As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.

The seminar takes place on Fridays at 9:45 virtually until further notice (Ausgangbeschränkung).

The kick-off session is scheduled for 24th of April and will take place virtually. Detailed information about the virtual conference room will be provided on StudOn.

Additionally, there will be supervisions in form of a “Tutorium” to guide the applied seminar work of students. Details will be provided in class.
