As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.

The seminar takes place on Fridays at 9:45 at LG 3.152/3 (Expectation: The first lecture 21.04.2023 at 09:45 – 11:15 AM LG 0.424)

Due to interactive format of the lecture the number of participants is limited and attendance at lectures highly recommended. Registration for the course begins Friday, April 14, via StudOn (first come, first served).
