Registration for the course begins, Monday, April 8, 12pm via StudOn (see link below).

Important information: The exam registration for this course will already take place April 29th and 30th, 2024. Both parts of the exam (seminar paper + presentation) will officially start on April 30th, 2024. This means that each student that is registered must complete the course (no de-registration possible).

Please note that there is always a very high demand for the course Service Innovation. We thus use a first come, first serve approach. The first 45 students are immediately accepted while the following will be put on the waiting list. The attendance of the first session is mandatory.

As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.

The seminar takes place on Fridays from 9:45 – 11:15am at LG 3.152/3

Due to the interactive format of the lecture the number of participants is limited and attendance at lectures is highly recommended.
