The registration for this course starts 11th of April via studon. Please note that there is always a very high demand for the course Service Innovation (number of partiticipants: 45 students). We thus use a first come, first serve principle. The first 45 spaces are immediately filled – additionally there is a waiting list. The attendance of the first session is mandatory.
The exam registration for this course will already take place May 12th and 13th, 2025. Both parts of the exam (seminar paper + presentation) will officially start on May 13th, 2025. This means that each student that is registered must complete the course (no de-registration possible)
As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.
The seminar takes place on Fridays from 9:45 – 11:15am at LG 3.152/3
Due to the interactive format of the lecture the number of participants is limited and attendance at lectures is highly recommended.
