Last week the project team of SmartHaPSSS held a workshop together with the team of REHAU. The topic was the integration of augmented reality technologies in combination with innovative smart Product-Service Systems. Through prototyping methods, such as paper prototyping, the team managed to design a process that describes the ideal execution of a lockout/tagout scenario and translate it into an innovative value proposition.
