Dear students,

we are glad to announce that we have organized a special guest lecture with the title “Worldcoin – Humanness in the age of AI” by Fabian Bodensteiner (Head of Hardware & Manufacturing at Tools for Humanity GmbH) next Monday (27.11.2023) from 11:30 to 13:00 in the lecture hall H1 (Lange Gasse 20, 90403 Nürnberg). Fabian Bodensteiner will talk about the background of the two companies “Tools For Humanity” (https://www.toolsforhumanity.com) and “Worldcoin” (https://worldcoin.org) and the joint project “World ID”, which will make it possible in the future to identify oneself as a unique and real person on the internet and at the same time remain anonymous.
The two companies “Tools for Humanity” and “Worldcoin” were founded by our FAU alumnus Alex Blania together with Sam Altman in Erlangen.

The guest lecture is open to all students, so feel free to share this event with friends.
