Wertschätzungsnetzwerke als integrierte Innovationsinstrumente der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung im demografischen Wandel

The research project WiIPOD integrates innovators at the boundaries of the firm in open innovation processes by relying on organizational appreciation (Appreciation networks as integrated innovation instruments of human resource development and organizational development in times of demographic change). In these emerging appreciation networks, apprentices, young parents and retiring employees work together in presence and online innovation circles. Thus, WiIPOD develops and tests an institutionalizable, integrated innovation instrument of human resource and organizational development which enables new intergenerational models of learning and working through the novel combination of different living, learning und working situations in times of demographic change.
