WI1 at ICIS in Dublin

WI1 was represented at this year’s International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) in Dublin by Albrecht Fritzsche, who presented two papers in different workshops. One paper was inspired by the VESIKI project and discussed systemic hierarchies in cybersecurity. Florian Maurer was co-author of this paper. The other paper dealt with a reconceptualization of open innovation from the perspective of inductive inference. ICIS is the most important conference in the field of Information Systems and provides insight into all the hottest topics in current research. At the same, ICIS allows participants to meet fellow scholars with similar interests and develop new ideas for further projects. Being located in Dublin this year, the surrounding conditions for a lively exchange and networking at ICIS were just perfect.
