SmartDiF, BigDieMo and ExTEND at the Service Conference 2019 “Service Systems Innovation” in Paderborn
How is digitization changing our services? What new opportunities will this create for the economy and the people?
Answers to these and other questions were provided on 8th and 9th of April at the 2019 Services Conference in Paderborn under the title “Service Systems Innovation – Stimulating Tomorrow’s Services”. Research results of BMBF-funded projects from various areas of service research were presented here via their own project booths and by numerous presentations. With SmartDiF, BigDieMo and ExTEND, three projects from the Chair of Information Systems – Innovation and Value Creation were represented with booths and presentations and were thus able to present the project results to a wide range of interested participants. In addition, our team was able to listen to interesting keynotes, panel discussions and other presentations and tell about our research in numerous interesting discussions.
With Prof. Dr. Angela Roth, Dr. Julia Jonas, Dr. Benedikt Höckmayr, Stefan Genennig, Dominik Kalb and Martin Schymanietz our chair was very present at the conference and was complemented by our project partners. We thank the accompanying research project Digivation for an exciting and interesting conference.
