Think Tank Business Models

The Think Tank Business Models explores the creation of value via technologies in the context of “Artificial Intelligence” (AI). It goes beyond economic exploitation – it also addresses topics such as the networking of actors, thinking in economic ecosystems, and the development of practical tools for the implementation of AI projects. To this end, the think tank has formulated the following overarching goals:

• Identifying AI-related needs and potentials within the consortium and beyond
• Development of tools to support the value creation of AI technologies through innovative business models
• Networking of actors and initiation of cross-partner solutions
• Transfer of the results into the companies by the ecosystem IIP-Ecosphere

The Think Tank works intensively with the partners of the other think tanks as well as with the Regional Innovation Hubs (RIH). Due to the focus on the adoption of AI technologies, there is also a strong exchange with the AI Accelerator, which researches the adoption process from a practical point of view.
