After completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg with a focus on innovation in the context of human resources management and leadership, Moritz Müller gained practical experience as an innovation manager at Flughafen München GmbH.
In 2020, he completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on innovation management at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern. His research focused on building and managing innovation communities on physical innovation infrastructure. Moritz Müller is alumni of the Academic Program for Entrepreneurship of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship and holds certificates in Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation from the University of Applied Sciences Munich and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from HarvardX.
 
In addition to his occupation as Senior Manager Innovation and Community at LabCampus GmbH, he is pursuing a doctoral degree as an external doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems – Innovation and Value Creation at Friedrich Alexander University Nuremberg Erlangen. His research focuses on hybridization of innovation communities and aims at developing theoretical and practical implications for building and managing hybrid cross-industry and cross-company innovation communities.
