Laura Steinmaßl earned her Master’s degree (M.Bc.) in Business Consulting in 2019 from the University of Applied Sciences in Wismar. Parallel to her studies, she gained practical experience in various companies in the financial Industry.

In addition to her occupation as an executive assistant to the board at NÜRNBERGER Versicherung, she is pursuing a doctoral degree at the Chair of Information Systems – Innovation and Value Creation at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Her research focuses on the future of work in the context of organizational agility.
