Julia M. Jonas
Dr. Julia Jonas
Julia M. Jonas is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute for Information Systems of the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Her research is in service innovation, with a special focus on service systems, stakeholder integration and prototyping for digital solutions. Julia Jonas graduated from Karlstad University with a major in Service Management and looks back at 4 years of practical experience as a project manager in Open Innovation, working for companies such as Beiersdorf, W.L. Gore, Symrise and BSH.
She received her doctoral degree from the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg’s department of Information Systems in 2016. She is active in international projects, implementing and teaching open and interdisciplinary innovation as well as service design; Julia is a guest researcher at the Cambridge Service Alliance and a guest lecturer at Uppsala University and Salzburg University of Applied Science. She has published in international academic journals and engages in the activities of innovation and management conferences.
