Service Innovation
As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.
The seminar is going to take place on Fridays,
from 9.45 am to 11.15 am in room 3152/3.
Attention: The first session on Friday April 26, 9.45 am will take place in LG H3 Gfk-Hörsaal.
