Tizian Kernstock is a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Information Systems I, Innovation and Value Creation at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. He holds dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering (specialization in Mechanical Engineering) and Entrepreneurship & Innovations Management from the Technical University of Darmstadt. He has completed an exchange program at Tongji University Shanghai and participated in an Erasmus Entrepreneur scholarship in Mantua, Italy. Tizian gained practical experience at Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions and at Caparol Icons, an intrapreneurship project within the DAW group. As founder of a startup, he developed an AI-based sensor solution for small greenhouses.
