M.Sc. Julian Kurtz
Julian Kurtz studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institut of Technology (KIT) in Karlsruhe and gained practical experiences at BOSCH, EnBW, TRUMPF, and Hilti. At the Friedrich-Alexander-University, he works as a research associate at the Chair of Information Systems, Innovation and Value Creation, since 2021.
His research interests include Digital Transformation and Service Systems. In particular, he focuses on how manufacturing firms can successfully manage their Servitization journey. For this purpose, he conducts research on Servitization, Digital Servitzation and Smart Service Systems with a special focus on manufacturing industry. At the Chair, he is working on the project “SmartHaPSSS“.
