Dr. Elena Krause-Söhner
Elena Krause holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration-Industrial Management from the Cooperative State University Karlsruhe and graduated in 2014 from the Cooperative State University of Stuttgart with a Master in Business Management while she worked in the IT consulting unit for a leading European manufacturer in the paper processing industry. She has several years of professional experience in the management of IT-, change and re-organization projects in various companies in the printing and paper processing industry. Since 2015 she is in a middle management position to accompany the digital strategy of the Mayer Group. Since 2019 as managing director of mayer-digital GmbH & Co. KG – the group`s digital unit. She is also working as a research associate at the Cooperative State University in Stuttgart – writing her dissertation in cooperation with the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU).
Her broad research interests are the ability of institutions to adapt quickly and innovate, flexible structures to renew themselves and in this context the topics: innovation, digital transformation, new organizational forms, ambidexterity, strategic change, identity change.
