Uwe Kroner graduated from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Regensburg with a diploma in Business Economics in early 2012.

After that, he began his professional career at the Deutsche Bahn where he worked till the end of 2017. During these 6 years, he gained a wide experience in topics of general management, innovation management and leadership. He built up and led a team, that focuses on innovative traffic planning and initiate networking between practice and science.

In 2013 he began parallel the master program “Communication Management” at the OTH Regensburg, which he finished in 2017 with a master degree (M.A.).

Before his studies, he also did an apprenticeship as a computer science merchant at a bank in Regensburg.

Since 2017 he studies at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) economic and informatics-based pedagogy. In 2018 he also began supporting the Wi1 team as a research associate and is primarily involved in the project open service lab (OSL).
