Franziska Paulini studied Business Studies with a major in Information Systems at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg where she, later on, graduated with a bachelor’s degree. In 2021, she started her master’s degree in International Information Systems at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Since 2020, she works as a student assistant at the Chair of Information Systems, Innovation and Value Creation. Her responsibilities at the Chair of Information Systems include supporting M. Sc. Timon Sengewald in the research field of Service Design.
